The agents installed my shield within minutes and happy with the quality of the product.

They helped me locate the product when they did not have one. even thought it meant they did not get a sale. Geek put on screen protector for me for a small fee.

This provides solid protection for the tablet. Even though the shield was broken in the box when we took it in, they replaced it no questions asked. Love Best Buy :)

We have used the Geek Squad on many occassions. This time we had a protective screen put on my ipod. He did a good job and I just did not want to take a chance on messing it up myself.

I normally have no need for this service but had to have the iPad ready for use soon after purchase and did not have time to install myself. service was very good but the time was longer than anticipated.

This service is fantastic they will make sure it si perfect no matter what and if the have to use 4 different one they will. I would pay for it again.

The Geek Squad installed the protective shield. Did a good job, but I thought it was a little overpriced, I would think this should come with the purchase. If you are good at this, then do it yourself, unless you donot mind paying

Installation of the Tablet Shield was preformed to perfection. The tech stated that he would redo the installation if I didn't like it, but no need to redo.
