The geek Squad explained to me what was wrong with my computer and my I pad and were able to help me understand the process.

They did put in the first time, they tried twice, and told me the bubble will just disappear in a few hours or just comeback and they will change it for free, then I came back coz it didn’t disappear, they tried 3times and the result was not satisfying at all, then they advice to get the more expensive one and I have to add more money for them to work on it, then they put it in just once and it turns out to be ok, it was so inconvenient to comeback and put another money , they didn’t even bother to compensate for the inconvenience then they charge me more! Ops!

I walked in bought my screen, walked over to geek, (luckily they were not busy) and my protective screen was installed with 10 minutes. Great job geek squad!

I never would have had the patience or the ability to install this product correctly. The in store associate was great and quick. He did a perfect job.
