This is my third time to replace my broken screen protector. My Surface Pro 3 microsoft is strongly protected from this newly installed screen protector.

There was a customer service name Richard, he was very helpful and apologetic to the other employee who was very rude name Mike from the Phone department. I was trying to get my daughters new phone get activated. I was passed on to Geek Squad customer service to the Cell phone department, a guy name Mike look so irritated when he was activating my daughters phone, which he failed to do so. So I went back to Geek Squad to asked for help.Richard apologized in behalf of this rude employee. I waited more than an hour just to activate my daughters phone. Some was very unprofessional, employee texting in front of customers, instead of helping customers. So far this guy name Richard was the only helpful.

I thought it was a little pricy after just spending $500 on the iPad itself to have to pay for it to be installed. If we buy it from their store they should install it for free

It is definitely worth paying to have the shield installed on the Kindle. The installer had to use 2 kits before he got it on without any major air bubbles. As it is there are a few, but nothing serious. Would not have wanted to fight this one myself.

I rather use Geek Squad to install the screen cover of my tablet or phone. It is professionally done and is guaranteed. It is worth the little price you pay.

It is worth having an "expert" from Best Buy do it - and they do it expertly!! Truly worth it - harder to put on than one would think.
