Geek Squad is the best!! Great service always and with a smile.

It is definitely worth paying to have the shield installed on the Kindle. The installer had to use 2 kits before he got it on without any major air bubbles. As it is there are a few, but nothing serious. Would not have wanted to fight this one myself.
