Only the black Tablo (before 4th generation) are compatible with Tablo connect allowing you to watch your stuff when away from home. I am truly disappointed and now still on the hunt for a subscription free OTA DVR that will allow me to watch my shows while not at home. Wish it wasn’t too late to return it.

Poor build quality and missing basic feature

Does Not Work on Roku Devices

The Silicondust HDHomerun is a much better product. Right now, the Tablo device is not working on Roku devices. Tablo support has acknowledged this problem, however, they do not have a time when this problem will be fixed.
