Also had issues with the android app not sending password resets. Not sure if there is anything better but I am pretty sad on this one.

Doesn't come with a remote. You have to download the Tablo app on your phone and control it with your phone. I'm returning it.

Posted .Sorry you've run into difficulties with our 4th Generation Tablo.
It is a network-connected model. While it doesn't connect directly to your TV, it will push over-the-air television and 70+ free streaming channels to every compatible viewing device on your network.
We understand it's odd not to have a remote but our 4th Generation Model doesn't need one. You simply use the remote you're already using for your viewing devices. You shouldn't need to use your phone as a remote.

Every time I try to watch local live tv programs on Tablo, it kicks me out of Tablo. It does record live tv programs and that works very well. I really like how the live tv guide is set up. Plus I can record live programs from my iPhone. Hopefully Tablo will fix this issue of kicking me out of Tablo soon.

If there is even a millisecond interruption in the signal this will fail the recording. It doesn't record through the interruption it just stops recording altogether. Yes, I contacted support. They were unable to help me. So, unfixable and unusable.
