Customers are delighted by the DUAL 64GB OTA DVR with WiFi's ease of use, reliable WiFi connectivity, and excellent video quality, making it a great option for cord-cutters. However, some users experienced issues with the device overheating and slow channel changing. Concerns were also raised regarding the DVR functionality and limited internal storage. The setup process, while generally praised for its simplicity, could benefit from improvements.

Didn't work as advertised. Could not connect to TV, except wirelesslyrics which my TV fidn't support. Also didn't come with a remote,so no way to choose channels on T V. Would probably work fine on newer touchscreen phones, tablets, etc.

Great solution for a chord cutter like me. Used for multiple TVs from one roof mounted antenna. I’m Able to record live tv as needed. Cons include monthly fee for some beyond the basics features, and remote functionality.

I have been very happy with my Tablo. Luckily I have good TV reception in my area and this makes a huge difference. Have been using Tablo for a month and have experienced no problems. I have a relatively slow internet connection (18mb) and have experienced next to no buffering issues. This was my biggest concern before making the purchase so I'm very happy about that.
The interface of the Tablo is impressive and easy to use. You can pull up live TV or your recorded programs in any room you have a compatible device set up. Would recommend to anyone tired of paying Tivo fees or cable bills.

World préfér to watch movies on tv, not my tablet. Don't know how to transfer recorded films to the big screen. This is my only problem with the Tablo otherwise, it is very easy to use.

Since I don't have a SMART TV I had to purchase ROKU (or something similar) to get my TV to see my Wifi and thus my Tablo. After doing that it has worked just fine.

Easy to set up. We have been using it for 2 weeks, no issues with recording or replaying shows. We have dumped our cable.

(1) Wi-fi setup is tricky but is great once you get it working. (2) If the Tablo server in Canada goes down, you can't watch anything (even recordings) unless you have Roku. This second problem is the target of many complaints on Tablo's community forum and the company seems deaf to all requests to fix it. Just be aware of all this before you buy. I have no regrets because, at the time I purchased, TabloTV was the best option out there.

The set up and app were fine and doable. I didn’t realize it would DVR streaming services and that’s were it lost me. I’m
Trying so hard to cut the chord but I still haven’t found anything ideal. If you only plan on DVRing channels you get from your antenna then this is for you!

Most folks have streaming devices already in their home, so this is ideal since that is what you need to use it. It does exactly as advertised, and you have to buy the guide or else I feel it’s not worth it. It’s also a little slow in changing channels, etc. But that’s a given now when you stream with any app.

Pros: only requires one box, so can use on multiple TV’s, computers, etc (unlike TiVo which requires additional boxes)
Cons: takes about 8 secs to load a channel. Have to purchase extended guide if you want to schedule recordings.

Bought this DVR for my mother in law when she cut the cord to pair with the antenna I put up for her. Loved it so much I sold my Tivo equipment and bought the 4 tuner version for myself!

I purchased this because I wanted to get over the air TV. but I really need to get a rooftop antenna. The signal is blocked inside the house. So that's my next project if I can find somebody to put the rooftop antenna on.

Works great. Not thrilled with paying for the guide when cheaper tuners offer up a free guide, but if you pony up for the one time fee, it's not bad. The key is a strong antenna though.

If you want to save on CableTV and cable box rentals, just get an OTA Antenna, an AppleTV 4th and the TABLO TV. You won’t be disappointed!

Half the time it doesn't work. For that reason it is currently just sitting there. I have Directv Now and that also has local channels so I can record my favorite shows that are not shown on Hulu without their live tv account. I do have an antenna that works great for local channels, but does not have DVR.
