Since I've had it, it has never leaked no matter what position it ends up to be. It's also great that you can replace the lid if it does start leaking. Solid build and buy. It loses a star because it's somewhat expensive.

The person who uses it is my partner so I am around it all the time and it keeps cold beverages colder than any other type of thermos/water bottle/cooler longer. All day! Makes a beverage in the morning and still cold with ice at 9pm. The best ever, highly recommend.
