Love the new game Tales of the Shire. All hobbits will enjoy this cozy game in Bywater. Beautiful graphics and fun interactions with townfolk and animals. Just what I was hoping for. Love the surprise visits by Gandalf. Hoping for a DLC.

Ive had a lot of fun with this game but for the wait i wish it was a little more polished. The foraging, gardening, and character interations are enjoyable and straight forward. I enjoy working to unlock different areas and aspects in a game and the different sesona having different items available. I do wish there were more options for purchasing clothing and furnature though you do get a good selection of furnature through sharing meals. I also wish the club task boards opened sooner in the game and that the characters spoke though (Daisy's noise when interacting with her cracks me and my husband up though). I also wish there were a few more visitors and that time went a bit slower though in a game day. I habe not experienced mamy bugs other than cuts scenes at times being viewed through part of nearby objects. I do hope there may be potential updates and maybe some kind of expanding to other hobbit towns or more visitors to town. Overall a good game but it has its issues.

This game is a little confusing to follow when it comes to inviting guests. I think the bird guides are a nice touch as well but could be better guidance. Overall, its a fun game and i love being able to be a hobbit.

Overall the game is fun. It may not be the best cozy game ever, but as a huge LOTR fan it just makes me smile with all the references to the other characters.

Bought as a gift to the wife. I worried she wouldn’t like it with all the bad reviews it got but she loves it. Does crash randomly and picture quality is low on the switch compared to others. Is in the genre with stardew valley/ dreamlight valley. Just lord of the rings. Has a unique art style to me but she loved it. Really shouldn’t get the hate it got in my opinion.

A cozy trek through the shire. My wife loves the game. If you are into the simple life sims then it’s definitely for you. The graphics are so-so and there is no voice acting at all.
Overall happy with the game, less so with shipping

Overall happy with the game but wasn’t happy that the cover showed up with one corner completely crushed and unable to snap closed again and that it originally said it’d be there on release day but then it changed to the day after. Which wasn’t awful but a little disappointing.
