Works well with my A7IV. My go-to travel lens. I don't need to carry multiple lenses while traveling which is a blessing.

This is excellent walk around and travel lens. Make sure you have enough light and good low light camera

I bought this to film stand up in comedy clubs, bars, etc on my Sony FX30. It does a great job still capturing a good video all the way form thr back of a comeyd club. Nice aolid build feela like it is quality materials.

I took this lens, tested it at home and didn’t like it, the shutter is very slow, not designed for evening shooting! I took it back to the store without a single scratch, I just checked it, I didn’t like it, I decided that I didn’t need it after all! but when I brought it back, the girl told me that she wouldn’t be able to return the full amount, because when I return, they charge 15 percent of the cost of the lens!!! that comes out to $120!! (You have 2 weeks to return it, I brought it right after I checked it at home) Can someone explain to me why when I place an order this is not indicated before the buy button????? I don't agree to this!! I do not like it !! When you buy a phone for $1400, they warn you that if you return it, they will charge you $35!!! so why such inflated prices for returning lenses! 15% are you serious!!???? Also,The girl at the checkout openly laughed at me when I tried to resolve this issue with the manager!! how do you select staff!???? I believe that professionals should work, and not show their human factor of bad manners!!!! very unsatisfactory!!!!! My opinion, before the “buy” button you should warn about such huge percentages for opening the box when you return it !!!

This lens is great for macro, wide, portrait photos. Loving it!

Extremely practical lens, with very good image quality throughout the zoom. Feels good in the hand, happy with the purchase, very good value. Would definitely buy other Tamron lenses for Sony.
