I purchased the smart rope 02/14/2017. The ropes LED's broke within 5 weeks of use pre&post workout every day. The company refuses to stand by their warranty until I cut the tool I purchased to better my life. Completely unacceptable and proof of poor customer service.
Tangram does NOT care about bettering lives and clearly can't even stand by their own core values.
I'm still trying to get a replacement or refund.

Nice rope but not worth $80

The rope does what it says but too expensive. I was fortunate to get it on clearance. Out of the package it is pretty tangled but hanging it up does the trick. Haven't figured out how to get the numbers to appear right in from of my face. They appear wherever they want, sometimes behind you.

I use a leather rope and I like it better. The app is not so user friendly and marginal accurate

I love it but the led lights out. Have took them back before went back out shortly. I thought it was the surface. But I change that made sure soft area....
