The power supply is much smaller then our previous one and makes it ideal for travel. It seems to work well, maybe heats up a bit but no issues. The only drawback is the price which I thought a bit much.

Our family travels with multiple laptops from several different manufacturers such as HP, Lenovo and Dell. Someone always forgets their charger. We were recently on a trip and like always, a crucial power adapter was left behind at the house. So I walked in Best Buy thinking I was going to end up with another clunky power brick that could double as the anchor for a battleship when not in use. I was highly surprised to stumble across this product. Even though the power output specs on the voltage, watts and amps seemed to fit ALL of our laptops I was still highly suspicious whether it would work. The box just seemed to light to hold a power supply. I got it back to the hotel and gave it a try. It is smaller and lighter than any of the original power adapters. And with the multiple plug connectors that can be swapped in mere seconds it is able to charge any of our specific laptops. This is critical because most members of my family ignore the multiple warnings of low battery and don't start looking for their power adapter until the laptop is giving the 'please plug me in so I do not shut off while you are working on your unsaved college thesis' warning beeps. I hear the beeps and then their frantic searching through their suitcase and that is when I casually reach for this power adapter, open the little plastic bag (included) and pull out the correct connector, swap it out on the cord, walk over and hand them the solution to their dilemma. They plug it in all the while praising me for being super dad. One nice feature is the fact that it is thinner than my original power adapter for my HP so it fits a lot better into my laptop bag. At the end of the day I ended up using this power adapter to replace my original bulky HP power supply. As long as I am with the family when we travel I know I will have a single power adapter, that if necessary, can charge any of our laptops. And more than once since the original purchase I have come to the rescue of more than one forgetful co-worker that has forgotten their power adapter for their laptop. I guess the forgetful student becomes the forgetful professional at times.

I found myself travelling and realized I had forgotten my laptop charger. I knew Best Buy would have a good answer, as I buy many things there. Sure enough, this travel charger has been tested on both Acer and Dell laptops -- solving the issue for two people in the short month I've had it. I would highly recommend this as an option for any traveller.

My old power adapter was falling apart and I had little hope that I would find a good replacement because I wanted a 90W adapter that was small and lightweight. To my surprise, I found an even better option in this adapter and I couldn't be happier. I've used it in the US and in Europe and it worked great!

Good replacement power adapter. Comes with multiple tips to fit different computers. Only complaint is it gets quite hot. Other than that...it does the job!

Got this on clearance for $30. Original was about $80. I would have not bought it for it's original price. It works fine and haven't had any issues so far.

This is actually my second replacement power supply for my antique VAIO laptop--the power module burnt out on the factory model and the cord broke (VERY bad design) on the earlier model of the replacement. THIS one, however, is a vastly reduced size and weight--delightfully slim and compact--and designed with plugs to reduce cord stress. Too expensive but the only game in town. Rating is for product, not price.

This laptop charger is not bulky and can be used for various models. It's like one size fits all. Works great for me.

I travel extensively so the light weight and small packing of this product is great. Also gives me the flexibility to use it with both of my HP laptops by changing the adapter.

My dog ate my laptop cord which required me to purchase a new one ASAP. The store rep recommended this particular cord. I am extremely pleased with this product. I have also been able to loan to friends who did not have their power cord. Great product!

The first power adapter I was suggested to get had no adapter to fit my labtop so had to return to store then the next adapter was priced even higher

I bought this as a spare charger for my Lenovo Yoga, and it has become a must have for travel and meetings. Small and light, with a good long cord.

While in Sweden, my original cord died. It was early in my trip, had i not this back-up, I would have been without a computer for two weeks.

Many power adapters are too bulky and heavy to carry in a slim laptop case. This adapter is the perfect size. Works well, travels well.

This adapter has tips that should fit any laptop including my ASUS laptop. The size is much smaller than my original power adapter and I appreciate the built in surge protection. The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend buying one as a replacement.
