The Chromium Project has a list started of laptops that do support USI. Posted .The Active Stylus is compatible with Chromebook's that support USI. If your Chromebook does not support USI the Stylus will not work. Posted .Hello, the Active Stylus for Chromebook will work with Chromebooks that are USI compliant. If yours is not it will not work. It may be possible to check this by going into settings and then too stylus tools and enabling the feature or you may also check at the following link: https://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/usi-enabled-devices/ .

Not For All HP Chromebooks..

The pen is USI able but it will not work on this laptop. What a shame. Therr is no light, button, or indicator on the oen to tell you its on and working either. Dont Buy This! Purchases the HP brand pen or buy one from amazon that states it works with your model.

Doesnt pair with chromebook

Sales person helped to pick “the right pen” that would pair with my chromebook. Surprise! It didn’t pair. I checked online, this pen was “mostly bought together” with the chromebook that I purchased. But specifications of the laptop don’t pair with this pen. Made it universal for at least all chromebooks. I ended up buying a set of 3 basic pens for like $6 and they work!
