This product does hat it is supposed to do, keep the computer cool, however, it could really use a little user-friendly padding on the bottom, it HURTS on bare legs!

It's fine when I first bought it, but recently I've been having troubles. The left side of this cooler makes an odd noise as if it's not running properly. Now usually this isn't a problem if I can take it apart and solve it. But this is built in a way that makes it so hard to actually fix. I want to like it, I truly do. What turns me off is how I can't even use my regular screwdriver to actually fix it. I do not mind if it's not built to last, what makes me mad about it is the fact I can't even fix it to make it so

I would recommend this product. It's great for laying in bed surfing the internet.

This mat works well with laptops of different sizes. I think it could do a slightly better job on cooling since I'm using a gaming laptop, but overall it's a good product.

This product delivers on the promise of keeping the laptop cool. The chill mat is light weight and is well designed. I do wish that the external power supply came with the product or that it stated on the packaging that you need a short USB cable to power it from your laptop. I had to make a second trip to the store to get one. Other than that, I love it!
