Much needed especially if you're working for hours on your laptop this comes in the clutch

This is my first lap top and I wasn't sure what accessories I would need. I noticed the fan was constantly going on an off and I did some research online and then checked with a friend and was told to get a cooling pad. I went to best buy, I had a price range in mind. The clerk helped me out and so far so good.

Overall it's good. It does what it is used for. The only downside is that you cant turn off fan manually, so when it's connected to your powered off device and you have power on usb, it will still work and make noise.

We did not need a fan that lifted, however, the other fans were rated very poorly. The cord is VERY short, so it is VERY difficult to plug into the USB outlets. The height of the fan is a problem ergonomically, as it leads to wrist numbness per height of desk.

This Targus chillpad was purchased as a replacement for a chillpad that had worn out. The chillpad is comfortable for use with your computer in your lap. Appears to be doing a good job keeping the unit cool, as I don't hear the laptop fan cycling off/on as often. Would recommend this product to others.

I got this for my new 17" laptop. It's great because it has different settings for height. Little small but overall a good buy.

Great chill mat it does what I need it to do. The different levels let me get the best angle. I have no need for the extra USB ports, so I have no idea if they work or any good. I got it for cheap it was on sale for under $20.00 so it made it cheaper then all the others, so thats why I got it.

It does its job well enough to keep my laptop from getting too hot (82 degrees F is highest usually) im certain theres a better option but for the price of this id say its worth the investment.

It does a great job cooling off the laptop. The tilis also useful.

Works well keeps air moving. Also elevates computer screen if you want it to.

I would recommend, it keeps laptop cooled down so you can game for long period of time.

Love the extra usb ports, that's probably my favorite part. It is also very comfortable whether on a desk or on my lap.

use for my laptop as I often wonder away for periods of time. also has additional USB ports. be sure to plug into charger if using these as it does pull down battery quickly depending on type of equipment used... this chiller serves the purpose and I caught on sale so I'm a happy camper.

I really like it. Its easy to set up and plug into my laptop and it keeps it cool.

Pretty good for making your computer cooler, elevates nicely, sturdy enough to handle a bit of weight.

I didn't even realize it came with usb ports on the back of it. very useful and not too loud at all.

I am glad I purchased the product. It solved my problem of running a hot laptop.

It only helped a little. My laptop would still get too hot. Turns out to be a virus. Was also very bulky to move around. Would be ok if you kept laptop in one place.
