This is so great--it fits perfectly into ther small space I have and is so quiet, it is hard to tell if it is running--no more overheating my legs!!!

not the set tilt cooler pad i had previously bought from Targus. other cooler pads from Targus are better made, this cools, tilt adjustable and plenty of additional USB ports so... you get what you pay for

My computer is not overheating as much as it used to.

Good quality. May use with power which ia used for the fan (usb). May use w/out power as a stand.

It's easy to set up and have 4 hubs to connect usb.

Excellent chill mat. Very quiet and the extra features are a plus. the 4 port USB hub and the multiple adjustable angles give you a lot of flexibility for different users of this product.

I installed it without any issues. I like the extra USB ports and the fact when I take my laptop I don't have to disconnect all those cables.

Bought this 6 months ago for over $100. 5 months in the fans started sounding like someone revving a chainsaw. Also, the plastic snaps underneath it to adjust the angle wouldn't stay in place, so my laptop was constantly lopsided. Feel completely scammed by this. I've had $30 laptop cooling fans that worked better than this, and lasted longer.

I got this for my mom. Her laptop gets very hot and the double cooling fans help keep her computer running without overheating. The angle is perfect while on your lap or on the desk.

I have a 2009 macbook pro and worry about it getting too hot. i love that this chills and the usb ports are awesome since my Mac only has 2. I can get it at an angle like i like it.

Overall serves its purpose to keep a laptop cool on flat surfaces... not to great at actually being used on your lap but it is do-able. Doesn't seem to affect battery life too much which is a huge plus :-)

Wish the fans were stronger but it does what it says on gang

I bought one for myself. My sons kept borrowing mine constantly for their laptops. I got tired of looking around the house for mine, so I bought two more. It keeps our laptops cool.

I bought 2 and have only used one so far. One of the fans sounds like it busted a bearing or something. Targus has a warranty, but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. It would cost more to ship this back to them than to replace it. The whole thing is made of pretty cheap plastic so I suggest you try to get something more robust if you can afford it. Hopefully the 2nd one lasts a bit longer.

Great product! Can be used for multiple purposes: chill mat as well as multiple peripheral ports. Also provides ergonomic support.

It is a good product and does what it is designed to do. I like the adjustable angle. It makes it easy to set in a comfortable position. I would have rated it a five star, except for the USB cord. It has no place to set it out of the way. Some others have a clip that stores the cord when not in use.

Works great with my gaming laptop which can get hot really quick from longtime gaming. Keeps it cool and runs 24/7 sincI purchased it. Recommended to anyone with a gaming laptop.
