It is a good product and does what it is designed to do. I like the adjustable angle. It makes it easy to set in a comfortable position. I would have rated it a five star, except for the USB cord. It has no place to set it out of the way. Some others have a clip that stores the cord when not in use.

Sits comfortably on your lap and allows your lap to stay cool from the heat of the computer.

Good quality. May use with power which ia used for the fan (usb). May use w/out power as a stand.

This cooler doesn't actually job of keeping my laptop. Nice and cool but it is kind of on the loud side.

Purchased this to make sure laptop did not overheat as I use it for long hours. This made sure that it did not. Would definitely recommend.

It keeps the MAC super cool so i can play games at work :) I really have no complaints about it. The added USB ports are a big plus since the MAC book pro only has 3

This is perfect if your own your computer or chromebook a lot. I use it every chance I get while playing games or streaming on my pic's. I couldn't be happier.

Good product and holds 15" laptop well, only thing is fan a little noisy

My HP laptop would get so hot on the bottom it would almost burn to touch it. Had it to the shop and they found nothing wrong with it, now it stays cooler.

Awesome to use when working in and area that is not an office. Areas like the living room or bedroom where you need a flat surface but you also need it to vent.

Not sturdy enough for my Alienware gaming laptop. The plastic warps and then the fan starts rubbing/bumping into the frame making an annoying sound.

I bought 2 and have only used one so far. One of the fans sounds like it busted a bearing or something. Targus has a warranty, but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. It would cost more to ship this back to them than to replace it. The whole thing is made of pretty cheap plastic so I suggest you try to get something more robust if you can afford it. Hopefully the 2nd one lasts a bit longer.

It's a simple USB calling mat. The bonus is there are extra USB ports in the back to give you access for more devices to be connected.

I bought a power cord not included because I wasnt sure using the USB was working...I noticed my laptop was cooler after I started using the power cord.

There were other comparable items in the store, but this one offered the USB Hub and is greatly appreciated.

After a year or so, it still runs and works fine. In addition, it has a USB portal for your mouse and keyboard to minimize the whole cord problem.

Allows you to adjust height plus its got dual fans for under 20 bucks!! I couldnt find a better cooling pad, and i couldnt find any this cheap either.

I got this to keep my computer cool while I am using it. It works great and I haven't had a problem with it.

My new laptop gets really hot and noticed that the vents were located on the bottom instead of the sides. Got this and it solved the problem right away.

I carry this between my office and my home. Works well and the fan is so quiet you don't know that its running!
