The ports on the dock work some times which is annoying in the middle of gaming

Decent and functional. Would be nice if the powered USB hub could power a USB drive, but it can only handle a mouse/keyboard. I would buy it again unless I can find something better.

After reading other comments prior to purchase, I wasn't sure if this would be a good buy or not. After talking with Targus I decided to make the purchase. I've been using this for two months without any problems. It definitely makes a noticeable difference in the temperature of the laptop. Prior to my purchase, the laptop ran quite hot due to my heavy use in video editing. Once I purchased the Chill Mat the temperatures dropped considerably. It's nice to find a product that does what it says it will!

Nice perforated laptop stand. My laptop seems to breathe better and keep it cool even when not utilizing the built-in fan. The fans dont have any power at all but it does get keep the air flow going somewhat. Bought on a sale so im ok with it. Wouldn't buy at full price.

I have only had this HP envy laptop for two days. After using Windows 7 on my old laptop Windows 8>1 is taking a lot to get used of. But in time it will be great I am sure.My WiFi works perfectly on it so am well pleased

A must have if you work a lot on the computer. Fan keeps computer cool & easy to use USBs for keyboard or mouse.

I have this set up for my laptop in conjunction with a hub and it works great. I now have a 3rd screen and love it!

The cooling function works just fine. But without the AC adapter, using the USB hub puts a drain on the USB bus on the laptop. I was VERY disappointed that Best Buy does not carry the AC adapter for a product that they sell.

Good price fans don’t exactly go fast enough but it helps with airflow laptop still gets pretty hot but with added airflow it don’t overheat

Works great. Little noisy, but not overwhelming. Would recommend.

I live in Miami and it is hot most of the year, this cooling fan helped me a lot, my lab top used to freeze a lot but not any more, the fan has some hamming noise but your ears is going to ignore it after a while.

My laptop never felt cooler until, I purchased this chill mat by Targus.

This cooler keeps circulating air and keeps the laptop cooler. Can be a little awkward at first getting used to.

This is too small for my laptop even though it said it was the proper size. It is uncomfortable to put on your lap because it's all hard, ridged plastic... think of an ice cube tray. You have to keep it at an angle if you want it to ventilate, and most importantly because it's at an angle my laptop slides right off of it. There is no grip holding it in place. So, while sitting on the desk, propped up at the angle, it slides right off. Thankfully I noticed that before it crashed to the ground.

Keeps my laptop running cool giving me peace of mind when gaming does make a bit of noise since it is two fans but it’s adleast 5-10 degrees difference

This product does a really good job keeping your laptop cool especially when using the computer for a long time.
