Love that it has 4 additional usb ports. They have come in handy. Like the adjustable height feature, but have issues getting both sides to stay locked at the same height.

After reading other comments prior to purchase, I wasn't sure if this would be a good buy or not. After talking with Targus I decided to make the purchase. I've been using this for two months without any problems. It definitely makes a noticeable difference in the temperature of the laptop. Prior to my purchase, the laptop ran quite hot due to my heavy use in video editing. Once I purchased the Chill Mat the temperatures dropped considerably. It's nice to find a product that does what it says it will!

Decent and functional. Would be nice if the powered USB hub could power a USB drive, but it can only handle a mouse/keyboard. I would buy it again unless I can find something better.

This cooler keeps circulating air and keeps the laptop cooler. Can be a little awkward at first getting used to.

I have only had this HP envy laptop for two days. After using Windows 7 on my old laptop Windows 8>1 is taking a lot to get used of. But in time it will be great I am sure.My WiFi works perfectly on it so am well pleased

My computer recently getting hot so quick after my son took my old the one. I bought this one it work well.

The cooling function works just fine. But without the AC adapter, using the USB hub puts a drain on the USB bus on the laptop. I was VERY disappointed that Best Buy does not carry the AC adapter for a product that they sell.

I live in Miami and it is hot most of the year, this cooling fan helped me a lot, my lab top used to freeze a lot but not any more, the fan has some hamming noise but your ears is going to ignore it after a while.

This is the second one i bought and the left fan keeps making a weird noise and its not quiet. They use 2 tiny gpu fans to cool it which is the worst way to go!! Plus when i bought this in store it went on sale a week later. Bought it for $70 and it went on sale for $40 or $50 like a week later. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I cant even add a video to show what the noise sounds like its so loud and obnoxious

This is too small for my laptop even though it said it was the proper size. It is uncomfortable to put on your lap because it's all hard, ridged plastic... think of an ice cube tray. You have to keep it at an angle if you want it to ventilate, and most importantly because it's at an angle my laptop slides right off of it. There is no grip holding it in place. So, while sitting on the desk, propped up at the angle, it slides right off. Thankfully I noticed that before it crashed to the ground.

This pad does everything that I need it to. Plus it has four extra usb ports for everything I need to hook up

Nice perforated laptop stand. My laptop seems to breathe better and keep it cool even when not utilizing the built-in fan. The fans dont have any power at all but it does get keep the air flow going somewhat. Bought on a sale so im ok with it. Wouldn't buy at full price.
