Lighter than it looks, but very effective, and all of the devices I've connected to the USB hub have worked just fine. Folded up completely, it's also fairly thin, so it shouldn't have trouble fitting in a decent sized bag. One minor issue is that this thing is *loud* - you probably wouldn't notice with music or while talking to someone, but in a quiet room, it makes way more noise than you'd think. Overall, I'd say it deserves 4.5 out of 5.

Good product. Its lightweight and keeps my laptop cool when I'm using it for an extended period of time.

The fan is a bit loud. Thus far, the laptop internal fan runs very little - I'll take that trade off. Concerns about fragility haven't yet arisen, but I "set it and forget it," so it doesn't get moved about a lot. The USB ports are functional. So far, it works fine.

This fan is very lightweight and effectively. My laptop is used to edit a lot images and heavy files and always runs hot. This is super effective and the ability to angle to laptop using it is helpful. If you need your wrist to rest on the desk/surface it may not be for you but I love it

The fans work well, the angle adjustment has several levels, folds up neatly while protecting the fans, it has several usb ports on the back, the only thing is that the more drives you plug into the usb ports the more power it takes away from the fans, then you have to buy a power cord adapter separately. Over all works very well

Lightweight and adjustable. I can tell a difference of my laptop being cooler than when I didn't use this device. When in use, the fans are slightly noisy but I normally watch TV or have music playing while I'm working on my computer so I don't really notice the noise anyway.Overall, I feel it's not bad for it's price.

It works really well, has extra USB slots and kreps my laptop cool. A little pricey but definitely worth it!

I love this chill mat! It makes my laptop run 15 degrees cooler and is a big help when gaming. Running games like Batlefield 4 makes my laptop hot o this gives me the peace of mind that my GPU isn't going to overheat. Also, using the adjusable angles mks it more comforable to use whether its on a table or in your lap and makes it easier to type. It also has 4 extra USB ports on it, but i haven't used these myself. I found that there is an accesory that you can buy so that you can connect the mat directy into the wall and give more power to the USB ports. This is a great cooling mat and is a great investment. Worth the money.

Holds my laptop at a perfect angle; cools well, has several ports to plug in other items and charges my laptop. I just wish there was a c-port and wouldn't it be cool to have a retractable cord? But it serves it's purpose and is a good value.

This cooling mat does help keep my old Windows 7 laptop running. It plugs in the USB port. The 4-port USB hub lets me operate additional devices. One surprise is that fans keep running even when PC in sleep mode. I picked it up on clearance so it was a good bargain.

I really like this product. The fans will help keep my laptop cool and extend it's life. The extra USB ports have already come in handy. It is really light weight and fits perfectly in my laptop back pack.

I originally bought this laptop cooler for the ROG Zephyrus G14 and it didn't line up with the vents. When I upgraded to the ROG Zephyrus G16, the vents line up with the laptop perfectly and it has kept my laptop temps from going above 90°C. The use of the USB hub is a savior for using an external keyboard and mouse. This cooling mat is powered by the laptop itself.

It is exactly what I was looking for when I purchased it. Helps to use my laptop at different places and locations. It is also helpful to cool the laptop with overuse. It also elevates to laptop especially if you have a small laptop. Must buy.

Overall this is great, and I use it every day. Since purchasing, I've never had any problems with my legs becoming overheated . Before using it, my video card would get very hot, and playing my games became very uncomfortable. However, after long periods (30 minutes or more) it starts to feel uncomfortable because the plastic starts digging into my legs. If I put a small blanket under the mat, it's fine. I like that I can plug in the auxillary fans when my computer is using heavy video card processing power. I noticed a big improvement in the temperature of the air coming out of the computer when I turn on the fans. I believe the fans are an appropriate volume. I usually don't notice the sound unless I focus on it, but I don't use them unless I need to since I like to conserve power. Easy to use, however the adjustment nobs could be a little more sturdy. I would recommend this item to anyone who asks.

The device is very solid, it keeps the laptop cool white running games in 1600p and its surprisingly not loud. Its also nice to use it just as a stand.

I really liked this cooling system when I first got it and up to the next couple of months. After that it has been trouble each time I use it. Every time it is plugged into the laptop it makes so much noise and constantly revs up and back down. I have taken very good care if this cooling system and it is not tossed around or anything. There is no reason at all that i should be acting the way it does. Its been doing it for 2 months now but with the price it was it should have lasted longer so i keep fighting with it and using it. I will be getting a different cooling system in hopes that it lasts longer. This has been my favorite one but the reliability is obviously not there. I like the design and the usb ports. I would have originally rated this a 5 out of 5 and now i rate it a 2-3 out of 5. Im not at all happy with the constant reving, but luckily my headset is good enough to block out the sound.

The adjustable angle of the pad is a nice feature. Seemed a bit clunky at first, but once I used it, it is a great feature. Just have to be sure to lock the tabs. The 4 USB expansion ports are why I bought it since one USB on the laptop gets dedicated to the cooling pad. The twin fans run quiet enough and do provide enough air flow to keep my computer temps much lower and cooler than before. Additionally, with the pad raised at an angle, there is a nice shelp to keep my phone,cables, pencils, etc. so I can move it all around with one hand. Overall, I like it and use it all the time, and would reccomend it to anyone. Solid large base provides a stable platform when in the car too. Really, this thing shines in the car and the raised angle is a tremendous bonus to me and puts me in a much more comfortable position.
