I was away from home and needed something fast, inexpensive and effective. This product fit the bill. An added bonus is the adjustable height, it really help with the stress on my wrists when typing. And...due to the lift of the product allowing air to get under my laptop, I don't even need to run the fan all the time!

Awesome cooling pad

I abandoned the first one when the fans started making noise but since I like the USB ports feature on the back of the chill mat, I decided to purchase a second one. Regrettably, not even a month later, this one is starting to make fan noises as well.
