cooling pad feels rather cheap compared to other targus products. it does the job of keeping my workstation and mac cool though

works well, nice cooling, opens into different positions for better viewing

It works great but still gets warm on the sides. If the computer and the pad are plugged in and the computer gets un-pluged, then the computer shuts off with out notice.

My laptop was really over heating. I was away from home and needed something fast, inexpensive and effective. This product fit the bill. An added bonus is the adjustable height, it really help with the stress on my wrists when typing. And...due to the lift of the product allowing air to get under my laptop, I don't even need to run the fan all the time!
