I previously had a Targus Chill Mat and it worked well for almost 5 years, until the fan became unreliable. The fan on this new one does not seem to be working, blowing, at all. I must follow up with Targus.

Works well can't even hear the fans. Great for the office.

Needed laptop to run around with, this is it and comes with mouse and thumb drive so you don't need to buy extra. Has all the guts you need in a laptop and is fast. Easy enough to pop into a bag and go. I'd recommend it for the great price and package.

Price is high, but good quality. did have a bearing go out in the fan shortly after purchase

I really like the USB ports. This was a really good choice. I looked at a lot of the chill mats and this one had them all beat.

Seems to work ok, the air output isnt that great. I would recommend if the price was lower.

It works well enough. Does not match fan for my mac

The fans could be stronger but overall keeps my laptop cool while playing pc games.

It has a strong working fan and not as big and bulky as the other units sold.

The chill mat works to allow air flow and it provides a couple ports for use.

From my experience, this does not cool the laptop at all. the wind speeds are way to low, and doesn't have any effect on keeping it cool. The only good thing i liked about it is the hub to plug in more USBS, but other then that, not worth it.

Stays cool for the most part. My computer still gets fairly warm. I'm not sure how well these things are supposed to work, but it definitely could be cooler. It has a port to plug in a power source, but you have to buy it separately. BOGUS. It's better than nothing, but I wouldn't pay $50 again or another one.

Over all I am pleased with my purchase. Would be prefect if bottom was padded.

This works better than my last fan, works great very happy with this unit.

This fan worked great for the first month then one of the fans started acting up. One of the fans made a loud noise and it took a few taps to get it to quiet down. Sometimes it would get quiet then start up so a few more taps would be needed. I would go for a more reliable product next time.

I purchased two Targus Chill Mat. The one I use makes a loud noise every time I plug in/turn on computer. I have to disconnect and reconnect a couple of times until the noise stops. The other one works fine with my boyfriend's computer. I guess I was the "lucky" one to get a defective device.
