Great Concept but Bad Issues with Working Properly

However, after 4 hours of using the product, the right cooling fan began to rattle like a hive of bees. I am planning to return the product.

After a month the fans start to squeal for a bit when turned on and every so often but do go back to normal. If not for getting it on clearance for just over $20 it would not have been worth it.

Don't like this product at all.

I have a halo light and a document camera in the ports and they randomly shut off. This started after the return window closed.

More durable than other similar products

I am finding screws that appear to have fallen from the bottom side of the mat. My computer still seems to be quite hot to the touch.

Does the job but annoying sound

Very loud to the point where I thought my houses heater was making the sound, just for me to realize the noise went away once I unplugged the fan.
