Won't recommend it for its quality. Hidge can't hold a heavy laptop and its plastic. It is an odd set up to lift the chill mat.

Not happy at all with this mat, it is very loud under normal conditions and sometimes one of the fans rubs against something as it is spinning and makes a horrible noise. The tilt feature is poorly designed, both sides of it elevate separately and are a pain sometimes to get them on the same level.

Had it for 2 weeks and one day I plug it into my laptop and it shows an error message that usb connection.

Junk. Fan quit within 2 months. not impressed at all

This chill pad seems to work as advertised. Fans are good, quiet. Unit is sturdy and the ability to alter the angle is nice. It lies flat enough to not be a nuisance while using on a desk. While the power supply would have been nice to supply with the package, the need for it totally depends on the power output of your laptop's USB port. It DOES work without the power supply. I am using it to run my wireless USB mouse just fine and it is not only providing signal but is also CHARGING the extra battery I have for it. If the USB hub is not working for you, it means your laptop's USB port is under powered. Not unusual. Do not know how many devices it could power at once, but really I just needed the one since it takes one away from the laptop, so all is fine. Would have been nice if the rubber pads were larger to touch more of the bottom of the laptop to hold it better, but my 15.6 WS HP laptop is being held fine with this pad. The bottom "lip" could be a little bigger as well for the same reason.

With extreme heat outside it's not able to keep up with it's 1 fan.

I bought this item because I recently bought a game, and my computer has all the requirements for it. However, it is always overheating and turning off. I bought this device to solve that problem, but the game does not run any longer and my computer gets hot and shuts off anyway. Waste of $50.

There is a USB cord that comes with the cooling pad but a D/C hookup would be a better power source instead of my laptop. The fans are quiet and I like the open space underneath for an even more cooling feature. The angles are easy to adjust but you should take your laptop off first so it doesn't bounce. My 17 inch laptop hangs over both sides slightly too.

It is hard to move the slider knobs in order to adjust the height.

This chill mat raises the laptop up too high & hurts my wrists. It is also very flimsy. It will handle the weight of the laptop ok, but when the weight of your hands are added on, you can hear the fans slowing down. Also, I didn't notice any heat being removed from the laptop.

I had this product for a week and the Fans started making noise. I thought it might be from dust so I used canned air to clean them. It made no difference. Everytime I wake up the laptop I have to wait fifteen minutes at least for the fans to start to quite down.

Didnt work out the box. Had to return and skipped buying another

was fine when I first got it now after a month of continuous use both fans are squealing and sounding like they are having a hard time turning and are NOT cooling as expected> would NOT recommend this product unless you use it sporadically

I have $15 cooling pad from another place that work better than this

If you want a laptop fan that can only be used as a prop for the laptop, this is for you. If you want a laptop fan that actually cools your laptop, get a different one.

This is the second unit and still same result. On turning it on it clatters for a while and then whines. I am thinking of taking it back again but my computer runs hot and I need some cooling so may suffer the noise.

never rec'd it, an empty box was rec'd by the shipping co.

So i bought this after reading it can handle up to 17 inch screen laptops. I have a dell inspiron 17 inch laptop and it goes over the grooves that hold it in place so i cant stand it up without my laptop slipping off.

Got this for a hp spectre xt. Useful since my laptop is really small and not many mats or docking ports are available. But it is really noisy. Also a bit pricey for the quality of the components.

I could not recommend this to anyone unless its price is under 15 dollars. Best buy had it listed 10 dollars less than they charged. Overall very disappointed with both cooler and best buy.
