Runs well. Laptop in gaming mode runs a little hot. This helps to keep it cool

I highly recommend this product for using with a laptop that gets hot while in use, especially for gaming laptops. I like how its really quiet and simple to use. I would of liked a 90 degree connector for the usb as it sticks out while plugged into my laptop.

Bought this to extend the life of my laptop. I appreciate how lightweight and easy to use.

It took a few minutes to turn on. Once it activated, it now works fine.

It cools well. My laptop's fan bearing is noisy whih suggests it does not effectively cool itself. Even with a ssolid state processor that can be bad. However, the double fan is super to off-set that concern re internal heat. Also, the unit is just the right fit spatially and its simple operation is appreciate. It's a bargain!

Just what I wanted to keep my laptop from over heating. The biggest plus is how quiet it is when its running. However, I would like an on/off switch so I could turn it off without pulling the plug.

I was happy to find a chill mat at Best Buy in Homewood, IL for my company-owned laptop. It is the perfect size for the computer, operates very quietly and gets the job done.

I've owned the Targus - Black Dual Fan Chill Mat Cooling System a year and a half ago. Bought it at the same Best Buy Store at the Dimond Center. It did not last long the 1st one. The reason why I purchased it again is the price. Hopefully this one will last a little longer, if not then I know to buy something a bit more pricier to last.

Bought this to help keep my laptop cool and it's been working well. It's not very powerful but it does move the air. Not loud at all. Probably wouldn't keep a gaming PC cool but an everyday laptop doing difficult task this is just fine

For the price point its perfect. Just a simple little mat with 2 fans in it. Very quiet, actually reduces overall noise by my laptop fans not working as hard. Very pleased.

Ok so I was skeptical on buying this because of the reviews mentioning the product being “cheap” like sturcture but honestly it’s not as much as I think it’s perfectly well made and it does not make that much of a noise i’ve been using it for 3 weeks and it’s working so well especially as well cooling my laptop while i’m gaming

This is a very good product and it's functioning as described, helping to cool my laptop, but the fans' strength not all that great. It's however fairly early to speak on its durability as I've just bought it.

I bought one of these for my laptop in an effort to keep it a little cooler while gaming. Its important to line up the fans with the vents in your laptop. Using this yielded me a few extra FPS and cooled the laptop down a little faster after a gaming session. I'd use this if you intend on using your laptop in one spot for an extended period of time.

Fitting my 17" laptop is a little tight for this but it works very well to keep my laptop cool. The noise from the fans is very low. Hardly noticeable.
