My HP Envy 360's fan now doesn't even make any noise, and it doesn't overheat! The only downside is that the fan base is smaller than my 15.6" laptop, but it doesn't provide any issues so far.

I thought it would help to some degree, but I've run my laptop for over 12hrs and checked the bottom-ice cold! Extremely impressed. I'm recommending this to everyone I know who has a laptop. BTW: this is very lightweight but is quite sturdy!

It fits neatly in a laptop bag and is relatively quiet. The USB Power cable was a tad short so I had to get something just a bit longer for the way I had everything setup. I think for somebody who isn’t into gaming this would be perfect!

Seeing as heat is the death knell of all 2 1/2" laptop hard drives, I needed something to dissipate the heat. USB powered, quiet, and really pulls down the heat signature. Recommend.

It does not make much of noise (I seldom notice it). Very simple to hook up to your laptop and use.

I usually take my laptop with me everywhere and it would overheat very easily. Since I purposed this fan it doesn't do that anymore. The unique thing about this fan is it connects to a USB port on your laptop.
