Bought this to cool down my laptop that has a fan issue. It does it's job, but it's not made for a 17in laptop. Was kinda awkward. Plugs right into the USB, creates a chill - So it works and does it's job. Good bang for your buck

I like the 2 fans; very quiet and cools the laptop off nicely. The other one I had only had 1 fan in the middle.

Targus is generally a reliable brand, and this chiller is ideal for smaller laptop sizes. The fan works smoothly and is relatively quiet, but can get a little noisy depending if the plastic gets stuck to the inner plastic parts in the device (banging on it sometimes helps). Powered by USB and provides a nice even layer of air flow to the entire surface of the laptop on the bottom. Works nicely and is reliable. (if dropped from a decent height, it may break/ malfunction).

This light, inexpensive laptop fan does the job. I continue to use it after all these years.

Works great. Very happy with it. I got it with a laptop I bought for my grandson and I he is on it for hours. This keeps his laptop cool.

This worked out pretty well. I was skeptical at first. Is used for a Asus Rog Strix gaming laptop. Not too loud at all. Kicks in when it needs to and I have seen a temperature decrease.

It does its job--keeping the laptop from getting hot. It's a convenient size, not too big or small. Noticed that the laptop doesn't cool down a lot, though. But all in all it's not a bad product. I think the $30 price tag is a little too high.

Very quite and the dual fans work very well with keeping my laptop cool even after a 12 hour shift

It kept my laptop very cool most of the time, baring some odd incidents with my PC which may or may not have anything to do with the said cooling system at all. It made high-end programs and games much more usable. While not perfect, I'd definitely recommend this.

Slightly smaller than my laptop, still very reliable and works great for removing the hot air from my laptop. Just cant use directly on my lap as it will cut off the airflow and restrict the fans. Only works on hard surfaces!

Nice size cooling mat stays put and most of all is totally quiet! Can't go wrong with this one.

Functions exactly as expected. Strong fans but not too loud. I never had to raise the volume on a game or movie. Light weight enough that I just leave it under my laptop and grab them as one!

I love this laptop mat. You can use the fan if you want, but I don't even bother. There are holes throughout the mat which allow air to circulate beneath the laptop even with the fan off. My laptop fits on it sturdily and doesn't slip or tip. I ended up buying several of these for family members as well. Great product.
