the product does a nice job of keeping the laptop and my legs cool. the backing is comfortable on my legs. Only draw back is as quit as the fans are the mic picks up the sound of the fans. This could be a very good mic on the laptop.

Super quiet, seems to do the job, which there was someway to actually monitor temperature of the machine.

This laptop cooler is just what I was looking for. Perfect size, dual fans, very quiet, even a place to hide away the cord. Little pricier than I expected, but it's a great buy. Here's hoping it lasts a long time.

This cooling fan works great. It really keeps my computer from overheating. It used to overheat and now it stays cool. This fan is pretty quiet as well, I don't even need to use all the fans either.I would recommend this to anyone.

This item does what it says it will! It keeps my laptop cool. You cant ask for more than that. I would recommend this cooling matt.

Honestly not impressive. I was trying to use it as a stopgap measure for my new gaming laptop until I got a better one but the fan is so weak it actually made the internals hotter when it was plugged in. Could be good for a much lower end computer if all you’re doing is basic things. It does have a felt pad on the bottom so it should be pretty comfortable for a lap pad. Pretty mid, but probably my fault. Don’t buy a low end product for a high end job

I Love it, it's confy when sitting on my lap with my laptop and is quiet. Works wonderfully. Great for the price! Plus it fits well in my laptop case.

The unit is not as bulky as some other fans I've used and is my 14" laptop fits perfectly. It doesn't move a lot of air, but it's enough to keep it cool under normal use. If you're a power user or gamer, you might want to consider something else. The fan does occasionally make noise but it usually quits if I shift it just a little on my lap. The biggest issue I have is the usb plug is on a really short cord and will only reach one of the ports. It's also a rather thin cord, so I don't know yet how well it will hold up long term, but after a month's use, everything is fine.

Chill mat is quiet and works great. The laptop stays put on the mat without moving. Nice size ~ not bulky. Works great.

I've had a few of these in the past, and their effectiveness would wear down rather quickly. So far, this holds up pretty well. What I like the most about it is that the fan itself hums rather quietlly.
