It is VERY quiet, comfy on lap, does not slide around! Does what it's purpose is for my computer hasn't gotten hot since. LOVE it.

Bought this because my old one broke. My laptop sits perfectly on it and it’s not too loud at all. Does its cooling job well

This pad has helped dealing with a laptop that has been running hot. However, the description of this having 4 USB slots is wrong This does not have any. I was able to get this on sale, but don't think it's worth the regular retail price

Works well, the dual fans keep the laptop cool. Usb A to power the fans, I would 5 star if it had a battery option. Sometimes you need that extra usb

Good general purpose cooling mat. fans draw enough air to be of use but remain relatively quiet. Use it when computing on the couch. Light and comfortable on the lap.

Good price but fan is not very strong. Laptop still stayed warm.

Picked this up on sale and while it looks nice and gives a bit of height to your laptop the fans are inadequate and wothout adjustable controls didnt seem to have much impact on the temp of my old macbook

My wife uses her laptop in bed. When she gets up she leaves it on the comforter--bad idea. It sinks into the down and overheats. Her computer completely crashed a while back & I had to do a complete recovery reloading the software. Now, she uses the chill mat. I use one on my computer even though I keep it on a small movable table--got to have one. My only complaint is that the mat should be a bit larger; but other than that--works great.

Keeps laptop cool while working on heavy files to upload or download. I have an an older version of MacBook Pro (late 2015) and with COVID19 stay at home it’s getting a work out. Work, tv/movie viewing, games. Poor thing is running a Marathon days. Plate blows gentle air perfectly. It has a slight hum to its operating. Not annoying. Makes a great lap table for laptop.

Went out of town and work laptop shut down on me so my manger advised me to try a cooling pad until my new laptop arrived. The cooling pad did work and kept the laptop turned on throughout my shift then it all of a sudden stopped working (laptop). Not blaming the cooling pad because i believe the issue was deeper than my “laptop overheating” If the item does not work for you it may be time for a new laptop or a repair. In other words, I do like this item and it works great for the new laptop i received. I highly recommend this to a friend.

Good stand for laptops, can put on lap with the foam on bottom. The fan is a bit loud and also not that strong. I think it uses a lot of battery too.

Very satisfied with the dual fan cooling unit that I got for my laptop. It constantly keeps my device cool, and is stable enough by itself to be placed on a bed, a couch, or on my lap. Highly recommend this cooling unit to anyone who needs an easy, portable, and convenient way to keep their busy laptops cool.

It does a great job in keeping my gamer laptop cool and is very comfortable when I have it on my lap.
