Small profile brick with long power cord. Works great, holding up well so far, not having overheating issues. Only issue is that the USB charger seems to have been added as an afterthought and is actually an additional cable that you have to plug in to the A/C adapter.

This versatile charger looks great on paper; laptop charging, USB charging, or charge both at the same time! Laptop Charging: - Laptop brands tested: Dell, ASUS, Sony. All of the laptops charged with great success; been using the charging device for multiple different laptops for a few weeks now and it's worked flawlessly. As a universal laptop charger this Targus charger succeeds. USB Charging: - I only tested one device: Apple iPhone. I decided not to risk charging anything else because the charger destroyed the Apple MFi (Lightning) cable. The cable was an official cable that came with my iPhone; it's worked perfectly in various different charging devices but the first time I plugged it into the USB adapter for this Targus charger, the cable shorted out. Now if I try to charge (using any charging device) using this cable, the iPhone quickly fluctuates between charging and not charging (probably about twice a second). - What I believe happened: Any MFi certified charger has a small chip in it that's required for devices to charge correctly; my guess is that this chip shorted out so the cable "doesn't know" how to charge any more. Overall: The laptop charging aspect of this Targus charger is actually very good and a worthwhile replacement or secondary charger for just about any major brand out there. Even if it works, the USB charger add-on for this device isn't worth the extra cost as most modern laptops have the ability to charge USB devices even when the laptop is asleep or powered off (usually the USB port with the lightning symbol). TLDR: Save yourself the extra $10 and get the Targus charger that doesn't come with the USB charging add on.

This charger is great. I have several different laptops in the family and we all seem to use one area Now all we have to do is change an adapter to charge the computer and we don't have four chargers there.

works on my wife's Dell Inspiron 1500 and bought it on sale. Plus, it has a separate cell phone charger, so you can charge ur cell phone at the same time.

I needed a replacement laptop charger just before a trip abroad. I didn't have time to order one specific to my laptop (it would have been easily like $20-30), so I decided to go for this one as it was comparable in price to the other ones I found in-store and it had a USB charging port as well. It includes many different adapters for use with different brands of laptops. When I decide to get a new laptop it will be nice that I will automatically have a backup charger for that already, with this product. I used the USB charging port to charge my iPhone 4S while abroad with no issues at all. I also made sure that this product had a voltage range that would work abroad as well. I have always had great success with Targus products and they have proven to last a long time. This product seems very solid and lightweight -- I just need to make sure I don't lose the additional adapter tips!

The only reason I didn't give this charger a 5-star rating, is the lack of a good built-in storage loop. The extra USB charge port is great! Cable lengths are perfect and provide the convenience needed in many sub-optimal hotels!

The cord pops out of the laptop easily due to the end being smaller than the factory end. It was too high priced but they do not have any other options but when you need a cord you have to pay. Online they are much cheaper.

This product worked as advertized. It provided the power to chareg my battery and operate my computer. It came wih all the attachments needed to connect to my laptop. It also allows me to charge anything connectable to a USB port. Great value for the price.

Needed a charger to keep in travel bag. This was the perfect solution. Lightweight and love that mobile phone can be plugged into it and charged at the same time.

Lenovo provides an adapter whose plug sticks straight out from the back of my laptop. It has always been a problem because it is easy to hit/knock and risks loosening the socket attached to the motherboard inside. This adapter is dressed to the side/right angle, reducing the plug's profile so it is nearly flush with the back of the laptop. This reduces the possibility of knocking the plug and possibly damaging the motherboard. It is a small, yet very important point in selecting an adapter.

Unlike the Rocketfish power supply, this one works great.

excellent variety of connectors. better solution then going directly to laptop manufacutrer to obtain new power cords.

USB fast charging port works very well...my phone seems to charge almost twice as fast compared to the USB port on my laptop.

Didn't want to shell out $100 for manufacturer battery charger so took a chance on this Universal replacement.

This charger would not work with my Lenovo W520, although there was a tip that fit into the jack. The computer put up an error saying the charger was not able to put out enough wattage or similar. The computer would not boot further. If I booted on battery a similar error came up as a messagebox, once I plugged in the charger. You could dismiss the msgbox, but computer only ran on battery and no charging was occurring. The charger did recharge the battery if the laptop was turned off though. It seemed like a good charger, but not for the Lenovo W520.

Many universal laptop charger packs did not have the adapter for my Sony Vaio; thus I was very pleased to find one in this one. It definitely wasn't the cheapest option out there but it may be worth it for its functionality and reliability.

I bought this charger because the printing on the box said that it was guaranteed to work on my brand of laptop. But when I got home, I discovered that none of the adapters would fit . So I called the 1-800 number listed on the box and gave them the model number of my laptop. I was told the charger did not work with that model. I had to return the charger to Best Buy. Save yourself a trip, write down your model number and call the 800 number before you leave the store.

Returned for unit that worked in CLA for vehicle Worked well but didn't have the 12volt.

I needed a replacement charger for my laptop and this is exactly what I needed. I took my broken charger into Best Buy and a friendly employee showed me this one. Couldn't ask for anything better!
