Please be sure that you are setting it up as shown in the photos in the manual with the X fully extended and the bars set into the grooves. Posted .The Portable Laptop Stand and Integrated USB-A Hub does have 4 USB-A ports only one of which is fast charging. Please also remember that many phones now will only work best with the original charging cords and adapters that they came with and may have slow charging with 3rd party adapters/cables.
