None of the plugs would work with my laptop . I have a ACE computer that has a small charger plug and the ones that came with the charger were to long . that made the charger not work Now I have a charger that I can do nothing with. I no longer have the paper work so I cannot send or take it back to best buy.

waited this order for 5 days and when I picked it up, I was excited mostly because of the price (refurbished was 27$ brand new is 64.99 this item is defective. Will charge 5 min and then nothing,
