I went to Argentina and this product did not work there. It happens that some time ago Argentina changed the electric outlets and there was none in this product that I could have use. Very disappointing.

Bought this item for Australia and it doesn't have the adapter. Bought a local adapter in Australia instead. Also the hotel I stayed in also offered adapters.

I reviewed adapters on-line for my 9 country European vacation for several hours and was confused about all of the conflicting advice and didn't want to spend $50+ for an adapter or converter. Therefore, I stopped by Best Buy and was quickly shown this product. The knowlegable BBY salesperson recommended this adapter and it was perfect. There are multiple adapters which fit together in a compact manner so great for travel. This device is round which is very important as this is the configuation of most outlets in Europe - plus they are recessed into the wall. A co-worker lent me her Brookstone multi-country adapter and it really only worked well in England since it was rectangular. In all other countries we visited, the prongs on the Brookstone model were not able to fit into the outlet properly. Others on the trip wanted to borrow my adapter so I wish I had purchased an additional one. This adapter proved a good value and worked great to keep all of our electronics charged. Note - most US electronics are dual voltage (110V US to 220V European) so all you need is this adapter to charge your cell phones, cameras, travel curling irons, tablets, etc. You should not need a converter in addition to this adapter. However, check that your device shows both voltages - usually imprinted on the back of the device. Hair dryers may be different but we didn't bring one. Contrary to most of the articles we read before our trip all of our 15 European hotels (mostly 3 star) had hair dryers in the room so leave yours at home so you have room in your suitcase for souveniers.

Never had a food connection between my device and the electric output in Europe so I had to buy another and pay it in euros. So my money was wasted

I was disappointed. It was missing so other pieces to be able to plug into an outlet in Greece.

Very disappointed, never worked, tried all possible positions.

Expensive and didn't last an hour. Got burned right away

I was going to South Africa and needed a Power Adapter asap. I was not sure what South Africa uses so I bought this all-in-one gadget. It was perfect!! It's affordable, light-weight, compact and can apply to any outlet out of the country. I'm sooooooo glad I bought it. Two thumbs up!!

I used this on my recent trip to Europe. It was convenient and I was able to use two of the plugs at the same time to connect two different products in Netherlands as some hotels have more thatn one type of socket in the rooms.

Hello everyone reading my review, I don’t know what you need this item for, but I needed it because I bought a robotic cat. The cat came from China, so the plugs provided were not murica’ ready. This plug, while ugly, was effective in fulfilling its purpose. It was ‘murica ready right away. Let me tell you, boy was I mad when I realized the Chinese plug wouldn’t work after waiting so long for overseas shipping of the meowmeow bot!! But BB walked it out to me right away. Soldiers for customer service, but guardians of my heart.

So far, adapter works in Europe, Asia, and Africa. I've had a couple of times where it took a minute or two to figure out which pieces were needed for an outlet and which pieces weren't needed.. The adapter is made up of four or five different pieces which all fit together so you don't lose them, but I can definitely see how easy it would be to lose a piece if you weren't careful. I'd prefer an all-in-one adapter for next time I buy one.

the adaptor is light and smail. It is easy to use and easy to carry.

This is an excellent product. Its compact design makes it very easy to pack and use. The only thing I would recommend is the compact power strip that I am going to buy from targus next. Frequently I found myself wanting two adapters of each type for both the UK and Germany.

Unit worked well when I was in the the UK. Ran cell phones and laptop using a power strip.

This set worked great! I used 1 for China and the other for India.

Bought it for my first trip to Europe and found it indispensable. Worked everywhere I went. Priced very well and the quality is great.

I went to Paris and used this for all of my plugs and chargers. It works perfectly great.

Able to use with no issues and had most of the standard plug in Europe.

I used this adapter in Switzerland and in India and had no issues so far. Excellent compact design to carry around.
