I went to Paris and used this for all of my plugs and chargers. It works perfectly great.

Able to use with no issues and had most of the standard plug in Europe.

I used this adapter in Switzerland and in India and had no issues so far. Excellent compact design to carry around.

Had no troubles with this piece. Worked great! Had some older models that didn't work in the house and this one had no issues.

Recently traved to Ireland and it worked very well. Light weight and still have other options for other countries as well.

A bit bulky but solid attachment. As my wife was trouble using it, once I explained how it works, she has no trouble after all. Just came back from the UK, and this product made us happy.

Bought this on the recommendation of a friend for my first International trip with my company. I didn't want to have something that was easily separated in my luggage. This did the trick & had all of the adapters I needed for my brief trip through Germany and a week in India.

This item is ideally suited for people who travel internationally a lot. If you just visit one or two countries, it would be much more economical to buy 1 or 2 custom adapters based on your need. As per the packaging, it could be used in 165 countries. Built wise, the quality if better than average.

Excellent device, worked great, a little overwhelming for the first use because the directions are there but not so clear. but once you get it it is not a problem. Tip: Keep the direction booklet, it has all the variations for whatever country you are visiting.

We ended up not using the product because we read on the package that it did not actually convert the power to the British voltage. My husband asked a Best Buy employee which product to purchase and was handed this item. It was incorrect.

Adapter worked great in Converting to New Zealand outlets

My Lenove Thinkpad is designed to use in China. So it can not be charged in USA. This product helps me a lot.

The salesman told me exactly what I needed and it worked just in the nick of time.

Found that most of the sales staff haven't a clue about international travel and that there are different adapters and currency voltage to keep in mind. Even asked the Geeks and they were clueless. Do your own research. Otherwise the adapter is a necessity...no choice especially if you are short in time and don't have time to shop around for alternate bargains.

This was purchased for a trip to South Africa, which has an unusual configuration. One of the reviews for this product on the Best Buy said it worked in SA, but I can't see how that could have been, since nothing in this kit fit the outlets. We had to buy something else at an electronics store in Cape Town.

i took this to the olympics with me and it was by far the worst 20 dollars i ever spent. in fact, when i got home i looked for the packaging and receipt to return it - to no avail. you need to move to a higher level of adapter (most are in the 40-50 dollar range) if traveling abroad.
