I love the compact way the parts fit together. It is easy to pack and worked well. fit snugly into,outlets.The only improvement I would add would be to mark each of the plugs with the countries or regions where the plugs are most commonly used, so that it is easier to tell which one to,use in which country without trying to match visually with the outlets. Or, perhaps a printed guide would be helpful.

I recently visited a foreign country and the security in the country looked at the travel adapter for quite some time before they figured out what it was. Once they were able to take it apart and see it was just a plug adapter, they let me pass. Other than that slight issue, it worked well, especially since I had layovers in multiple countries that required me to use several of the adapters.

I've only had it for a bit, but I was just in Europe, and if there was anything going wrong, I have zero evidence of it. Very useful, and not very expensive.

My son was looking all over for a converter to run his computer while overseas. His previous converter would not work for his computer on his last trip and we found a sales associate to show us the right one to buy this time. Worked great with no problems. Thanks Best Buy!

Works great. I've been traveling through the UK and Asia, this thing always has something that works. I do wish it was more compact, but I don't think I've seen one of these that was more compact than this.

Though most hotels offer hair dryers, wanted to be able to use my travel hair dryer while in France for the defuser attachment. Did not realize that, in addition to needing a plug adapter, I also needed a voltage converter.
