We have three different brands of laptops and this charger has adapters that fit all three. Charging speed is decent and does not get very hot.

I've gone through a lot of laptop power adapters over the years, but this one has been the easiest straight out of the packaging. I bought two different adapters for a Lenovo Thinkpad T470, this one and an Insignia. Both are great, but this one is a little less streamlined and a bit clunkier, so it stays on the desk like a docking station. This one charges a bit faster overall, and I have no actual complaints about it.

This adapter works for both my personal computer plus work computer, so when I travel I only have to bring one adapter now. This works great to reduce the weight of my bag. The tips are easy to exchange, so all I have to do is switch out the tips when one computer’s battery gets low to charge it. I also let a friend use it as well, so I have used it for my Dell, my work Lenovo, and my friend’s HP. So great compatibility.

Bought this for one of the kids. He had broken the charger for his Dell laptop while using it to power the light on a fish tank. Yes really. Anyway, the Targus charger was the least expensive replacement available with the correct adapter and works like a charm. He got a new light for the fish tank with its own plug, in case you were worried.

I love the adapter, and thank you for all the help in finding the right one. I searched everywhere.

Decent product for the price was able to charge laptop with no problem. Had plenty of conections was even able to use it on another laptop I was reparing for a frined.

Good universal power adapter. the only reason I returned it was I ended out not needing it since I found the power cable I thought I had left at home.

This charger is a true utility player. It offers full speed charging for my laptop and comes with multiple adapters so everyone in the family can use the same brick. We no longer have to pack a bulky charger for everyone’s laptop - this solves that!

This store purchase was absolute saver for me when i forgot to carry my laptop charger and needed desperately (away from home on a vacation). No other online stores or office store could get me when i need it with reasonable price or when i needed. Just walked into my favorite Best Buy ..greeted by BB associate and provided me the store direction (this is not my home store) and within 15 mins i am done ..I realize the need for retail store at every location you can imagine ..Online shopping is not a solution for every problem. The charger is compact and lighter than my original ..and i amd using it for different laptop with multi connector ..and from a brand that i trust and store that i always shop. Targus laptop charger connection cord is sufficient and charger does not overheat !!
