    It seemed like a great product but my laptop USB-C port is an older version that doesn't support video output. Double check laptop before buying. (Returned with no issue at all.)

    This item works but sometimes it has hiccups, in that it loses communication with the printer and I have to reboot the computer or unplu and reply in the printer.

    Many docking stations struggle to output at 4k, even when they are rated for it. This one gets great throughput even when you're putting all ports to work. Great for travel or connecting a handheld gaming system like the Ally or Steam Deck.
