Posted .This hub is designed more for laptop not gaming stations. It could be that that USB C port on the Steam Deck is not a DP Alt Mode port and that could be why it would not work with your set up.

Won’t stop until you unplug and plug it back in. Submitted bug to Targus - they’ve done nothing to fix the issue

The original Dell 65W power supply is attached, so the pass-through seems to be a bit faulty. The power supply works fine when connected directly to the same USB-C port on the computer.

I would suggest first trying to be sure that you are plugging the PC power supply first into the dock and then plugging the dock into the PC. This is a USBC Alt Mode dock and does not require drivers to work you just need to have a USBC port or Thunderbolt port that supports DP Alt Mode.
