I got this so that I would have a second charger for my HP Spectre laptop that uses USB C for charging. Unfortunately this charger is not compatible with HP. It is likely not the fault of the charger which appeared well made but the fact is that USB C power protocols aren't well enough establish to make the "U" in USB C truly stand for "universal"

I purchased this item to power my 2016 MacBook Pro when traveling. Several times my MacBook was out of charge in the morning, even though the charger was connected overnight . I have replaced it with an Apple charger, no more problems.

The only item to keep in mind is that the cable is nonremoveable. So you're at a fixed length.

Caused issue with Lenovo Yoga 910

Bought this for the Lenovo Yoga 910. Within a week it appears to have caused damage to the charging port and now the laptop will no longer charge. If you have a Lenovo Yoga 910 I would not recommend this 3rd party charger. Just get original from Lenovo (unfortunately much more expensive).

This charger is perfect! It works with my XPS13 and HUAWEI P9, both are being charged at normal rate. Really satisfied, especially when paying a price less than half of what Apple offers.
