    Dec 10, 2020 Total: $190.77 Just noticed the 2 year warranty is up 14 days ago. And just as so, the keyboard battery inside the keyboard itself ruined, got expanded and became unsafe to keep. A literal 2 year product. Stay safe to who buy the Targus versa type iPad (7th gen) 10.2 inch. I’m so sad just as I needed it throughout the holidays to use for the kids to play and watch, Home learning, these aren’t your $50 keyboards $190 is just hard to get for myself. It’s a beast I loved it till the battery basically exploded.

      We are sorry to hear that this happened with your VersaType. Although, unfortunate it can happen with any device that uses the same type of battery, (your cell phone or any other rechargeable product). Some causes include extreme temperatures, using the wrong type of charger, leaving the item plugged in after fully charge, etc. Our manufacture warranty on electronic parts is only 2 years but if you are interested in purchasing a new Versatype we would suggest looking at the offer available from Extend for a extended warranty. You may be able to extend the warranty for an additional 5 years on some products. If interested please give us a call at 877-482-7487 Monday thru Friday 10 AM to 7 PM EST.     Was very difficult to connect, or I should say it didn’t give you the option to connect it with your iPad.

    I had a difficult time sync this to my I pad some features worked while others didn’t thus I returned the item

    Excellent fit, form and function; connectivity ???

    This case is just what I needed, but I had to reach out to Targus customer service in order to get Bluetooth to function. Reading reviews on Targus site, it is a common problem; simple fix is to hold Function and C keys down until recognized on iPad. Other than that, good purchase!

    Wrong product or something wrong with product

    It didn't work for my iPad, but I'm not sure I had the right one. the one odd thing: I charged it up and, even though the light was green, it quickly turned red again. It would not sync with my iPad - but this may have been the wrong product for it.
