I probably would have found something just as sturdy with a little patience but wanted a case right away with my Best Buy bought iPad Air. That is the only thing that doesn’t make me regret the cost as much. This is very sturdy and the Air is not light so a sturdy case is essential. Being able to swivel the device into portrait orientation while still in the case is nice, but not often used. I could have done without the cut out on the back which shows the Apple logo from the back of the device. The extra sleeve on the back for the pencil is nice however as it keeps this secure when you don’t want it attached to the charging side of the iPad all the time sucking battery life. The magnetized security flap is functional. Overall the case fits well, but I wouldn’t say snug. The hand band on the rear to help hold the unit up when not on a table isn’t very functional in my opinion.

Excellent design and fits perfectly to my iPad Pro 11 inch. The portfolio design looks very elegant and provide enough protection to save your investment. I would definitely recommend this product, you will never go wrong with Targus. Its not cheap like what you get from amazon. You get what you pay for.

I am quite happy with this case for my new iPad Air. It fits perfectly and seems to be quite sturdy to protect my iPad. I have found with previous iPads that Targus is the case I prefer since I like it’s ability to rotate and how they stand up to years of use.

The cover is very protective and much sturdier than the one I previously used. The only disadvantage is that it is difficult to use the buttons as they are recessed. You cannot use the touch feature.

Best cover I’ve had for iPads. Easy to clean. Can use vertically or horizontally. Very tough.

This cover fits well and is very sturdy. Rotating is a little tight but may loosen with use. Unlike another cover I had the pencil does not stay in the slot.

This is an outstanding case. It's sturdy, easy to prop up for display or work, accommodates apple pencil when charging. The only drawback is the placement of the pencil holder when not charging. It is on the back limiting the way I can lay it down. Otherwise, this is an outstanding product.

Fits well, feels sturdy, looks good. It supports the iPad fairly securely either horizontally or vertically. The flap folds over the pen so that it doesn't fall off when you carry it. The only shortcoming is that the case doesn't put the iPad to sleep when you close it or wake it when you open it; not a serious problem for me.

I'm a big fan of the Targus VersaVu cases - have been using them since the iPad 5th gen. It's protective, stylish, and versatile. However, I have noticed this specific case makes it difficult to use the Touch ID.

Great cover at a fair price! Serves as solid protection and a useful stand, too. Looks and feels like real leather. An excellent buy!

Perfect fit, exact replacement, fit like a glove a little pricey

Thin and sleek but durable and easily fits into a backpack or handbag. It provides excellent protection for my iPad. Which is important with as much travel I do and just life happening in the house with kids and animals knocking it of the furniture.

Had this for over a year already and it is excellent condition. This is my 2nd one since I changed the size of my iPad Air. I like that it is antimicrobial, that it has a handy strap if holding in hand, the way it rotates and that if dropped, it is protected from 4 ft high. It automatically shuts off when closed. Targus is my go to and won’t buy anything else.

I love it. I use my iPad a lot and this is more than a cover used for protection. I can stand my iPad up when using it. It makes it so much easier to work with. It is also wonderful when I am doing Zoom which I do very often. The sales woman was polite, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with any purchases from Best Buy.

I researched online SEVERAL case options for my new 2020 iPad Air 4, narrowing down to 3, ALL which were found at Best Buy. My local store had all 3 in inventory, so I was able look very closely at each case. I ended up with this Targus case, and have used everyday since purchasing (no reason ever to take my iPad out now that it is safe & secure). It’s perfect for my needs and use: it has a magnetic lock, can serve as a stand and rotates for portrait V. landscape orientation. PERFECTION!

Not exactly what was I was looking for. The case does offer some protection. I do have trouble with the magnetic closure coming open and getting in the way and my apple pencil has fallen a few times due to either the pencil not attaching secure enough and or the closure not staying closed.

Very nice material. Fit and finish is really good. Holds the iPad perfectly. The rotation feature works great as well.
