Plastic fail point (circular joint) is easy to break. I own two versions of this case; the older version literally never came apart after 8 years. The newer one comes apart easily. Still a great case, but it just won’t stay together.

Not Good Fit for IPad Air, Stains, Hard to Clean The case did protect from a fall, that’s important. The bad of it is that it gaps around the IPad Air in many places. Not a clean fit around volume controls making it hard to turn tablet up and down. It gets in the way when trying to pull the control panel down, and trying to pull the controls up on the dock. Holds secure so it did protect, but shakes around in the case audibly. The outside of this case stains. So. Easy. So difficult to clean the outside! The inside cleans really well however. You can easily wipe, even gently scrub the inside with a damp clothe, no wear from stains or scrubbing. Returning.

This folio case was almost impossible to get the iPad into. Just as I was about to relent...it fit. It was too much trouble. I would not recommend.

the only thing i am not fond of is that there is fold on the base panel so it won't sit properly unless on your lap. Cross your legs and it folds up.

Very nice leather folio, but also very bulky, and I did not like the strap for a keyboard. Poor design IMO.

It’s an okay iPad case. Nothing great does the job but it is a bit thick and has disconnected from the iPad a few times.

I am not crazy about this cover. The one good thing about it is that it does have a holder for the pen.

It is the case that salesperson recommended. I feel it is not a secure fit for ipad. too loose.

I had this same brand in the past and it was a better fit on the IPad this one not so much .

Bought a nicer one on amazing for a fraction of the price of this one.

Found better quality ones on Amazon. Also this one didn't fit perfectly.

The staff were curt, not very helpful. I am in my 70s and not Very suave with technology. I felt like I was not valued as a customer.

This case broke within 30 days of regular use. Not a good choice

It’s not that sturdy - my kids have somewhat broken it at least 3 times...

Choice was limited, so I chose the Targus VersaVu classic folio cas for my new iPad. It’s clumsy, hard to hold, won’t lay flat when shut iPad is shut down. When using the camera on the iPad, the case won’t fold over at all. Looking for a new case!

Nice quality material but it’s very difficult to prop up the iPad so you can look at the screen without holding it. I got a ZUGU case off Amazon and I’m much happier with that.

It looks good. But it didn’t protect my 7th gen iPad. There’s a big crack across the screen. I guess you got to handle it as if there was no case on.

Extremely functional but the plastic smells bad and it wont "wash off" like Targus recommends. Disappointed for a $50 hunk of plastic.
