No sleep wake function, magnetic flap loses power.

I noticed that the magnetic flap wasn’t holding, in fact it got worse every week. Now it knocks off my Apple Pencil too. There is no sleep wake function in Targus’s cases for this model, even though it appears to be. In fact, none of their cases have a sleep wake function! When others complained about it, they were told to contact support. I did that today, and I was told over and over again that they were sorry, but the case doesn’t come with a sleep wake function. Full stop. So it’s going to keep coming apart enough to wake up my IPad Pro. When I first left a message, I was told to check to see if I had the sleep wake function turned on in settings, and if I did and still had problems, contact support. So why do they say contact support if there isn’t any sleep wake function on the case, or any case of theirs. But they might come out with one in the future! I told her that’s nice, but I will have another brand of case by then. I used to love Targus cases, but this is not acceptable. The magnetic closure tab is a joke, it loses its magnetic quality more and more. It just flaps back and stays there. When it comes forward, it knocks off my pencil. So what good is it? I had an old Targus that came with a stretchy strap that you put around it to secure it. Maybe they need to go back to that.
