    The window kit that was included as part of the purchase was very difficult to install and didn't fit my window very well. Cooling was ok, but I'm sure it would have been better if it was in the window. For the price of the unit it was pretty much as expected.

    I think the hose piece that connects to the window should have less of a lip because of some people using the bottom of their window. It might interfere with the window itself depending on height.

    This unit cools well and setup was pretty easy. Contrary to reviews, it is VERY loud. Might be okay in a bedroom or living room but doesn't work in an office.
