Had to have geek squad out to install

It resulted in requiring Geek Squad to come out and connect my cabel to the TV. This is not normal BB said so they gave me a replacement TV..GUESS WHAT...same connection problem. I called the TCL hotline who trie to connect for over an hour. They also gave up and told me to call my cable company. I just paid Geek Squad who finally got it to work. An extra $50 to the cost

Pretty good range on this Roku TV...

Nice to have the built in Roku instead of my needing to attach still another Roku stick to a TV (I just fired DISH after about 19 years). Good device for the price. Not for your most critical viewing (shop on Best Buy for their better LG models for that) but for the price, a fine TV for my laundry room in the garage beyond a very solid signal-impairing wall. Will probably buy the 40" version soon for my in-home office.

She found it harder to use the apps and did not want to watch it after a time of fighting with it. She finds that this TCL with Roku to be much easier to navigate and find what she is looking for. She finds that she don't have to fight with it. She watches it a lot of the time she has free. She finds it good for gaming also.

First time on my own.

This was super easy to set up and am super happy I went with this purchase! I don't use cable so being able to have all the apps readily accessible is so helpful.
