Extremely satisfied, especially for the price! I purchased two of these and two 40” to create a mini Jumbotron for game room, they look awesome! Great picture quality and the built in Roku is a dream. Would purchase these again with no hesitation

Bought this to replace a TV in my motorhome in 2022 and here we are in 2025 and it’s still perfect. I love the clarity and the sound and all the smart options.

Tv looks and sounds amazing, fits perfectly in my limited space and the sound is great, love how customizable the Home Screen is and how easy it is to navigate, this is my second Roku device I've owned but first one built into the tv.

This TV is clear, colorful, good sound and has great remote. My boys play Xbox on this tv and love it. It’s a great size for your average TV stand. It is not too heavy to move. It’s easy to set up your accounts in the apps.

Purchased this as a temporary tv I’ve used it before and really enjoyed it but this one I purchased in October of 2022 and now January of 2023 there is a line of LEDs that have already gone out :/

Returned it it was an open box discounted purchase but remotes would not respond to it. Guess that's why it was an open box. Pain in the butt having to go exchange it.

Very Disappointed with TCL brand. Would not recommend. This is my third TCL TV. I purchased my first two TCL TV's at exactly the same time just about 3 years ago. I just recently purchased this third one. Not long after this last purchase is when the disappointment set in. When setting up the first two TV's, I immediately had issues with the TCL Customer Support line. I needed assistance & called them for help. Service was poor, inadequate & not at all helpful; higher than usual call volume, please try your call again later, then once connected, inexperienced personnel. They seemed to know less about their own product than I did. It was just a waste of time & I wound up having to wing it on my own. Once set up, I was however very satisfied with the picture, the sound and the ease of use with both TVs. Recently, after only about 3 years of use, one TV's suddenly went completely black without warning. I called the TCL Customer Support line for help & I again went through the exact same routine as I had when I first purchased the TV's about three years earlier; inadequate, inexperienced, poor quality customer service. Since the TV was not under warranty, they did not want to give me the time of day or offer any trouble shooting advice what so ever. They quickly shut down, advising me to take it to someone for repair. I called back again expressing disappointment in the negligent results of my earlier call. This time they attempted to assist but seemed inexperienced with their own product. It was just extremely time consuming with no end results and they really did not even seem to care. Since I had been happy with both TV's actual performance and since the one was still working, I considered that TV's failure as a fluke and decided to just replace it with another of the same. The new model TV that I recently purchased to replace the broken one is not as nice. It has a non detachable, built in power cord so if you want to move the TV to clean behind it, you have to unplug it from the wall. The older model had a convenient, detachable cord so you could just unplug it from the side of the TV without having maneuver behind it to unplug it while dragging the cord along with the TV. The remote control does not work well with the TV either although it is exactly the same as the old one. Unless it is directly in front of the TV, it will not work. If it is slightly off center it will not register, even if you are 2 feet from the TV. Just a few months after purchasing this new TV, my other TCL TV that I had originally bought with the first one went out in exactly the same manner; suddenly black without warning. It makes senses that the other went out first because I used it more. Even if I had taken out the extended two year protection plan, I would have missed the warranty expiration on both TVs. Coincidence? I don't think so. Obviously their longevity time is quite consistent and they are NOT built to last long at all BUT just long enough. They are however affordable. The cost to repair them is not. It is cheaper to buy a new TV. And in my experience the chances of something going wrong with them when they are under warranty, even extended warranty is pretty slim. I figure I have just over two years to go before this new TV hits its expiration date & does exactly the same as the other two; suddenly goes completely black without warning. I am overall pretty disappointed with the TCL brand quality and especially their Customer Service. Quality does not seem to matter to them and customer service seems to mater even less. If you can afford it, buy a better brand from a company that stands behind quality, support AND satisfaction. In closing I do like and recommend Best Buy, I just think TCL brand is poor quality!

It’s a great little tv for its purpose. Is it the best tv in the world? No, but it’s awesome for my little home gym/office/closet/area. Love the ease of the Roku, good picture, and very light!

From my experiences with different tvs being a OTR driver this tv has my top 5 star rating, its a great tv for anyone and any room ,rv , or as i have a semi . I couldn't find a negative thing to say . I definitely recommend this tv to anyone..kids will have a blast connecting their phones to stream any video or movie, i have a house full of Samsung, and sony brand tvs but for my semi i have this and i was not disappointed neither will you if you purchase this item .

We love the TCL brand ROKU tv, we have converted all five of our tv’s in both our home and RV to them. Their easy to,use, super picture and sound and love the ease of adding apps. I purchased our new RV and it came with a different brand and it’s extremely difficult to switch from cable to live TV and find apps. It will be changed soon

Really great TV. I bought this for my daughter's dorm room. She's using it to stream the Roku and also using it to hook up her laptop for s bigger monitor. The TV is extremely ready to set up and works as we expected. I would recommend.

Wanted a Smart TV for our exercise room without having to run cable or antenna wires for reception. I reviewed all the options available and based on other reviews from customers, decided on the Roku TV format and the TCL seemed to be the best option. I purchased online and used the Best Buy inside pick-up and the order was ready in less than an hour. In-store pick-up was great. Got the TV home, plugged it in and set-up the Roku account on my iPhone. Simple process connecting to my home network, went to the Roku channel and was surprised to find so many viewing options on the live TV channels. Many live news channels, Johnny Carson, Carol Burnett and many more old TV series to watch for free. This is a great product, nice clear picture and I tied it to an old Panasonic sound bar via ARC-HDMI and it worked fine. Remote is simple to use.

I cannot believe how quickly the picture comes on!! My old TV which really wasn't all that old was quick, but not this quick. I'd had a Roku stick on my old TV so the transition to using this TV was easy once I figured out how to access my cable so I could watch local programs too. Picture is great. I did have to upgrade my DVD player because this one only accepts HDMI cables which are much easier to install than those red, white & yellow ones. Only downside is that I have 2 remotes - one for the tv and one for the cable company.
