The remote to this tv was too hard to open. Took multiple tries for me over and over just to open a thin small remote. I have never purchased a tv at age 59 that took my working so hard to open and insert 2 batteries. My first smart tv purchase, but not impressed. I prefer and love Insignia tv products from Best Buy.
