    I started with the non Roku version and switched to this. Wish I had stayed with non Roku. While the apps are easier to access in this the connection time is way longer and does not stayed connected as well.

    I was disappointed to realize that there are no buttons on the television to allow me to manually turn the channels if I misplace the remote. Also, every time I turn on the set, there is a notice on the screen that says that my television is in shop mode. I don't know how to delete this announcement and I don't know why it is there. Optimum has visited my home since my purchase to reboot the television and I have had to call them several times to determine why the television constantly turns off while I am watching it or why the volume turns off while I am watching it.

    I prefer RuKu over this just because it’s easier, the app for the phone is not as easy as the ruku app. This tv is ok but I guess for Apple phone, using the app is just not that great

    This TV is ok, its lacking some TV apps and capabilities. Id recommend getting the ROKU tv vs Android. Unless you want Youtube then Andriod or FireTV is the way.

    I thought I was buying a Roku. That's what my sales man said. When I got home it was an Android TV which I'd never heard of.

    Difficult to set up

    A popup keeps appearing about power off the TV. Only way to get rid of it is to unplug the TV. TCL tech was no help!!!

    This TV is frustrating! Can't wait to get the one that I want and is way better in quality. I know I already made a review on this but this is an updated one. The picture is great until you watch any movies or shows that have dark areas like on most horror movies, then you can't see a thing! Nothing but ghosts/tons of little squares. Just awful!
