    Great Brand, but Trouble with Specific Unit

    Had to return. Software bugs. I do extensive research before buying any tech product & TCL has an excellent reputation (especially bang for buck). Perhaps, because it was my first experience with Android TV I ran into troubles, but TCL wanted me to return the TV to them & that was too much trouble for a bargain purchase.

    Wouldn't buy again to lazy to return

    It has only been a few months and the TV has already started to mess up. The has been no picture and only sound 3 different times so-far. When turned off, unplugged, then plugged back in and turned on it goes back to normal. Should not be happening.

    Not happy cause I wanted a Roku and trusted the saleman knew what I was asking for. When I got home and set it up I realized tut wasn’t what I wanted. I have to wonder if he didn’t know what he was doing and pulled a fast one me. I did t want to sped the time to return it. Bla

    Simulcast Challenged 2

    Initially it worked great for simulcasting, but after a month an update caused issues. It’s out of phase and sometimes locks up. I purchased 2. The Visio update seamed to affect the memory buffer. Hoping another update will fix the issue.

    Just picked up an open box "Excellent" condition model for my home office, which should mean- Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging Guess what- no remote! I'm pretty sure that's part of the original parts/accessories. At a minimum, since it was missing the remote, it should have been discounted further. So I would love to write a review, but I have a paperweight until I can find a remote for it since it's necessary for the basic setup. There are very few components, how hard can a two minute inventory be?

    I thoght this would be the perfect way to appreciate a someone by getting a tv in time to watch all christmas movie only to find out the screen was broken a number of places nothing shows on the screen
