    Good little tv for the price especially being a a smart tv. Much better than a tv with a Roku stick just stuck in it. Not a tv with a wide viewing angle. Made for looking at almost centered.

    I liked tv until I was charged without my approval for virus software. No where did it mention I would charged or that I even had this when purchased tv. I think dirty was to do business

    I wanted this device to work but maybe I got a lemon or maybe they lacked on the software on the smaller device. Keeped dropping my Wi-Fi. Unable to cast when on standby mode.

    It’s slowwwww!! Press the button and you’ll wait for the TV to respond. We thought there is a delay in playing things like Netflix, primevideo, etc but nope! Bought a internet booster thing and still issues even though all the other TVs in the house play just fine. Piece of junk!

    Too small for space

    I bought this my office first..too small for the space. I did set it up and wifi connection isn't get...buffered on and off. I bought a 43" different brand ....much better.

    Cheap TV with a slow interface. Be aware if you're using a router that only uses 5.0Ghz frequency than you won't be able to cast to it.

    Not what I expected, I thought this was a T.V.? But,you can't connect basic cable to it. I wasted $158.00 on a dust collector. Very upset!

    32" TCL is NOT good

    For some reason, on this TV, the picture and sound are not coordinated. It drives me crazy. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return it to the store, so I am stuck with it. I have an older LG screen I have been using as a desktop monitor. I believe I will change those out and see if it makes my situation better. I would not recommend the TCL based upon my expereince

    Good for the price but Tv advertises its blue tooth comparable and it is not and that’s the main reason I purchased this Tv

    Junk, junk, junk

    What a piece of junk this TV is. Almost every time i turn it on i have to reconnect it to my wifi. Its sitting within 10 feet of my router so its not a poor internet connection like support insists it is. Apps that work fine on my Chromecast with Google TV hang or just refuse to run. It looks like I'll have to now spend more money on an HDMI device.

    Out of the box it didnt work - piece of garbage. Now i have to waste my time returning a new TV. I should have paid attention to the others saying TCL is a low quality brand. I will never buy a TCL product again. Take heed and dont make the same mistake of wasting your time or money.

    Did Not care For Google Tracing Channel Watching.

    First, not Compatible with On Air Antenna. Must have Wireless Router or Cable Network Systems? Second, Google demands you sign a Privacy Waiver or won't set Up?? Third, Google will follow your Network Streaming with No Compensation??? Fourth, Cheaper and better TV Sets available with such conditions???? Great TV Viewing but others just as good!!!!!

    Does not work with xfinity streaming app

    The TCL does not accept the xFinity streaming app. I pay a small fortune for xFinity, but the TCL wants me to purchase another streaming service such as YoutubeTV which is $65 per month.

    Television plays for 10-15 minutes then shuts off. Awaiting e mail confirmation from best buy, (already have shipping label attached to package). Will be purchasing another television, but not another TCL.

    Terrible Television

    I hate this television. If I had been able to set it up before the 15 day trial period was over, I would have returned it. Nothing on it works the way it should, and I hate Google Assistant. I tried to disable it, and now I can't access my favorite shows.

    The picture is ok, the menu is really bad. I have a different tv for my living room that has the Google tv built in it and it works so much better. It looses internet when it goes to sleep so you have to reconnect every time.
